  • request that the administrator remove the resulting condition. In particular, it may be blocking, correcting, supplementing or deleting personal information,
  • if the request of the data subject pursuant to paragraph 1 is found to be justified, the administrator shall immediately remove the defective situation,
  • unless the data subject's request for compliance under subsection 1 fails to comply with the data subject's right to contact the data subject, it does not exclude the data subject from appealing directly to the supervisory authority ( i.e. Authority for Personal Data Protection).
  • the administrator is entitled to provide reasonable compensation for the provision of the information, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.

Who can be allowed to access personal data?

Personal data we process as both administrator and processor can only be accessed to collaborators and processors who perform administrative and technical support when running web applications and support applications.

Other entities are only allowed access to meet legal obligations.
